Terms of use
By creating an account or using ZBIF, you agree to these terms and the code of conduct for participants.
The platform
ZBIF provides a year-round marketplace where organisations post operational challenges and innovators, consultancies and technologists submit solutions. AI-assisted rankings are recommendations only; organisations decide who to shortlist.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, spam, or breach these terms.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of your challenge briefs and solution materials. You grant ZBIF a licence to host, display and process that content to operate matching, Deal Rooms and forum programmes. Do not submit unlawful, confidential third-party, or infringing material.
No guarantee of outcomes
ZBIF does not guarantee matches, pilots, investment or procurement. Commercial terms are between participants.
Acceptable use
- No scraping, attacking or circumventing access controls
- No harassment or discriminatory conduct in Deal Rooms or messaging
- Respect IP and confidentiality of other participants
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZBIF and its organisers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the marketplace. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
